From the first moment we knew that Russell was coming to assist us in our efforts to make our business grow, we felt an inmense joy and thankfulness. Without a doubt, the opportunity that Bpeace gave us to receive such help is invaluable.

Russell is not only a master in his business but also a really warmhearted man who taught us new ways to do our work and new ways to battle with uncertainty as well. As he mentions, customs officers made everything harder. As we were talking about things to do and remembering that "everything happens for a reason," we found out that this terrible experience was indeed a great opportunity to work on different areas than the ones we planned earlier. So, listening to his advice on how to manage this kind of situation we ended up making some really big progress on our new line of premium products. We finally received his suitcases and since then we`ve been working with his samples and with his advice from a distance.... we still have much more work to do, it hasn`t been as easy as if he was still here with us but with his directions we are solving problems and learning a lot.

This kind of experience, working with talented and experienced people from different countries, cultures and philosophies, brings great opportunities to grow not just professionally but also (and maybe even more importantly) as human beings, especially in a countrt like ours where moral and coexistance values are so poorly appreciated. To see a man with no need to come to our countries and generously provide his knowledge and time to solve other people´s problems it´s without a doubt very inspiring, praiseworthy, and above all, a great example to all of our crew to follow.

Russell`s work with us will never be forgotten, not only because it`s opening great opportunities to develop markets, products and of course new jobs for our people, but also because of his generosity, his careful manner of speaking to us, his willingness to help in each and every of our doubts, questions and sugestions; in a few words, his attitude of making our problems his own.

Finally I am sure to say that our experience with him was so close that we consider him from now on as part of our family.
